Gadget Access endeavours to protect your identifiable information. We utilise state-of-the-art security procedures and technology to safeguard the data we hold. Access to data file information is restricted to staff authorised by the Directors. Physical copies of data are securely stored according to the guidelines of Part IV of the Commonwealth of Australia Protective Security Manual.

We are also obligated to destroy or permanently de-identify personal data that is no longer needed for a permitted purpose.

Disclosure of Personal Information

We do not disclose personal data to any external third-party organisations unless we are contracted by our clients to do so. In such instances, we ensure that the third party follows the same privacy rules as we do. We do not share information with entities outside Australia.
